A basic emergency meal.

I plan to use this if my feet get too tired or stressed to fix a regular meal. I virtually always have these ingredients on hand. If I need a low carb emergency meal... well it's no big trick to up the protein powder, add a little flax or some nuts for fat and ditch the blueberries.

I can whip up this smoothie in my Vita-Mixer blender FAST!
