Goals

The more I SEE my goals, the easier it is for me to keep them in focus! That's critical when the temptation to overindulge or plain be lazy hits. So I'm listing my good habit goals that I'm trying to establish here! I'm even thinking about editing my desktop wallpaper to include them!

I'm also finding that the free site Joe's Goals is very helpful to me for my PN meal compliance tracking. As I master good habits, I may set new goals.

DAILY

  • Weigh myself
    I'm doing good on this so far.
  • Check body fat percentage
    Likewise, rarely fail here.
  • Record these measurements
    They get entered in Crosstrainer 6, first thing after I feed the cats.
  • Eat breakfast promptly after awakening
    Getting it down, finally.
  • Eat a PN compliant meal every 3 hours I am awake
    Starting to hit this pretty well.
  • Drink a gallon of water
    Making this goal more often than not.

WEEKLY

  • Exercise 3x - 5x times.
    Getting better... made it 5x this past week.

MONTHLY

  • Take girth measurements.
    Got the March measures taken!
  • Take progress photos.
    As above with the girth measures.

YEAR GOAL

  • Be under 200 pounds in 2008!
