Gadgets & Stuff

I've always been a bit of a gadget gal. You just gotta love the assorted widgets and gadgets you can get these days to help you on your fitness and health journey. Whether it's a lap counter, pair of dumbbells, a chef's knife or blender, I love good tools. I will add items I find useful as I go. And maybe I'll add some that went on the trash heap while I'm at it!

In the kitchen

Well, you just gotta have decent cooks tools. I mean, I survived OK for a long time with bare basics, cheap knives and Salvation army pots n' pans, but since getting married, I've started to learn what a joy decent kitchen equipment can be and how much easier and quicker it can make healthy food preparation.

For the workout

Now, technically, you don't really need much here, but then again, some items or equipment can be useful or motivating. Anything that gives me impetus to put a little more effort in is a good thing! I like feedback... if I know how long, or how hard or how fast I've gone, it spurs me to do better or at least keep up the status quo!

For the number cruncher

I'm just a wee bit obsessive about keeping track of things like how much I weigh, body fat percentage, what food I eat, what exercise I do and so on and so forth. So I'll post some info on the below items in the near future!
