A change in goals

Monday was good news, the week to week trend is still dropping, even if by only .6 pounds weekly. I did hit a new low on Sunday, which gives me hope for further losses to come. Even if the rate is slower than I'd like, I'm happy to be seeing progress in the right direction.

However, I can see that achieving a weight of 200 pounds by the end of the year probably isn't slated to happen.

I'm aiming for 212 pounds. That will make an even 50 pounds gone, when I get there. If I don't make it, I can live with that, all I want is to be closer to my goals, not static state or worse, further away! The good part is that holidays don't automatically signal "pig out time" to me.

Monday was my official "cheat" day, but in the interests of finishing the challenge strong, I kept it a strictly clean cheat, no eating out, just eating my normal healthy foods with an emphasis on keeping fats low and starchy carbs high. Fiber was pretty high too, at around 40g... but my body has always tolerated high fiber well, no issues whatsoever with the increase. Calories were moderate.

Nutrition

Day 24 Cheat Day Meal Plan

Training: Cardio

I got in plenty of exercise... one hour water aerobics class, a couple short half mile walks and fifteen minutes of stationary bike.

Training: Resistance: Assisted Pull Up Machine

Set 1 = 9 reps
Set 2 = 8 reps
Set 3 = 6 reps

I'm feeling hungry, but overall, am probably feeling more tired than hungry. I.E. there's a growing knot of hunger that I've been living with, but I'm not feeling like going to town and eating either. Weird, but there you have it. When my energy levels drop, my appetite drops.
