30 Day Challenge - Day 15
Saturday... the check in day.
I have to admit, doing all the measuring and pictures and getting a check-in post together is a bit of a bore! Even more so when your head is pounding from a calorie deficit!
Not much change showed in the measurements, but for a week, I'm still pleased with an almost half inch gone. There's a lot to lose... it will come off in tiny layers, until one day, the changes are actually visible. I did have to tighten up my chest transmitter belt for my HRM this past week!
Well, I got through the day, but it wasn't pretty. I made a meal plan, but didn't execute well. I kept the deficit, at least mostly, but that last meal, well, after getting my check-in post up, all I wanted was to throw something together that hopefully had the rest of my day's calories in it. Then sleep! So my macros were low on protein and high in carbs/fat. But one bad day will not make a bad week!

No exercise for the day, didn't quite get in my full gallon of water. Too much time at the computer! The good news is that the pounding headache I had Saturday eased a bit on Sunday. So I'm hanging in there!
