Yes... and I definitely made BAD choices yesterday, which means my weigh-in today is horrible.

But I know it's still not pointless to eat healthy... I've not had so much as a cold for a year now! And that's despite hubby bringing home numerous ones.

I know it can be very disappointing when you have great plans of eating out 100% healthily, and you go to the trouble of making lots of healthy choices (salad, soup, dressing on side, no soda) but one un-healthy thing seems to make them pointless. And I say "seems to" because we should also be acknowledging all those healthy actions and how much better they are than what you would have eaten in the past. So be proud of that too, as well as noting the cookie on a stick and planning to avoid it next time.

Oh, I get the sugar cravings... it's why I can't keep dried fruit around right now, LOL! I thought I might could get away with a few single serving boxes of raisins... nope. Sometimes I think it is more an ease and convenience craving with the dried fruit though. No need to peel or core or slice. Always get the attack late when I'm tired.

As for other foods with sugar, I get around the cravings by just not having them in the house. I'm not strong, I'm preventative.

It is always hard to stay on track and even if you fall off a little once in awhile as long as you get back on you will be great. YOu seem committed. I have sugar cravings all the time!
