		<description>Thighs were still QUITE SORE in water aerobics this morning. Took MENTAL muscle to make myself go hard today!

My weight today is higher than last weeks weigh-in, but not by much and I think I still have to be holding water in my muscles given the soreness. So I'm not worried about that.</description>
