		<description>I guess I just get frustrated from time to time. Things I want to do and my body just doesn't. And it makes me kind of feel like a wimp, having all these pains, ya know?

But I know what I need to do and that is to carry on as best as I can.</description>

		<description>For me it's more like 2 steps forward, 3 steps back, 1 step forward, 2 steps back, 3 steps forward, 5 steps forward, 2 steps back...

As long as you are still going forward overall, and learning something when you take a step back you are doing great!
