Had a planned pizza meal last night... which I enjoyed, until a little acid reflux set in. I so rarely get that any more, it was a surprise. I think in the future, our rare pizza nights will have to be a little earlier in the evening. Surprisingly, my weight did not go up very much this morning! That's unusual after pizza! But not a bad sign! Thanks Lisa!
