Actually, I'm not surprised to see my weight up today, had a slip up, ate some canned soup. Even the low-sodium kind is likely gonna get me some sodium bloat.

I think something like the Every Other Day diet could work just fine... only you'll have to decide whether you can do the strict days.</description>

OH geez I might do the Every Other Day diet.  It's PN similar, Berardi gives kudos to it in the forward.  But every other day it lets you get something you want within limits.  The other days are pretty strict. Consisting of burn and feed days.  That might allow me to goof off like I do anyway but get my other meals up to par.</description>
