Breaking bad habits can be tough... they are so ingrained in your psyche, you just don't think about them even when you are smack in the middle of doing them yet again!
So, there I was this morning, in front of the computer. At least I had a glass of water with me. I brought up my blog page to check on things and promptly saw Kelly's comment, which reminded me I had NOT EATEN, though I had been up for a half hour already feeding the cats, unloading the dishwasher, etc! So I dropped the computer stuff and went and fixed myself a fast smoothie and am therefore compliant so far today!

The experiment in blogging is doing me good I think! I don't suppose it is for everyone, but meandering about on the web the other day, I did find this article on why one SHOULD start a weight loss blog. I hadn't even thought of doing it for record keeping of my journey! I'm hoping to be amazed a year from now at my progress on all fronts.
